Like the sunflower

Lifts its face to the

Glow of the sun.

Like the waves

Swell up the tides

To the fullness of the moon.

My soul reaches

Out to you.

Inexplicably.

Knowing

You are there.

The bell

Hanging in my verandah.

It rings

With the winds;

Blowing all

Negativity away!

The shade.

While I walk

The sun!

There’s freedom

The cloud.

Should there

Be a fall!

The smile.

Holding tears

The star.

On vigil

The birds.

Colored feathers

Bestowing

Music and paint!

Gone are days

Of silence, of greys!

Just you!
